How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Receive a Return Label: If eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

 

Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send out the exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after processing.
